How to make the Vagina Tighter

How to make the Vagina Tighter

Just like men have issues when it comes to measuring themselves up against other men in terms of penis size, some women can also have the same type of issues when it comes to wondering if their vagina are too big or too small for their partners.
Some women feel that their vagina are too loose, therefore when they have intercourse with their men, they feel that their men don’t get the same type of satisfaction in terms of stimulation to the penis as they would if their vagina were tighter. There are ways to go about making the vagina tighter. However, you should be very careful in terms of the choices you make, especially when being bombarded by so many options out there.
Vaginal surgery is one option which allows a surgeon to surgically tighten the vaginal opening of the woman. The downside of this type of option is that it can be very expensive and risky. In many cases, a woman might have her vagina made too tight, therefore making it almost impossible for her partner to penetrate her during intercourse. This can become very painful, or cause a lot of discomfort to the woman.
There is a natural option that you can choose. In my opinion, this should probably be the first option you choose, due to the fact that it is extremely safe, and can also be very effective;
Ladies, Kegel exercises are great way of strengthening the pelvic floor muscle, also known as the PC muscle. By doing these exercises on a daily basis, you will be able to have more control over that muscle, thus being able to give yourself and your partner more pleasure during intercourse. Many women report to actually have more intensified orgasms after doing these exercises for some time. For the man, it will enable him to penetrate a tighter vagina during intercourse, as well as to have his penis stimulated in new ways as the woman can either tighten or loosen her vagina by controlling the pelvic floor muscle.
In order to do the exercise correctly, You first need to find your PC muscle. This can be a little tricky, as many people will begin exercising their PC muscle only to realize that they were using the wrong muscle.
An effective way of actually finding the PC muscle is by stopping the flow of you urine when you are urinating. Do this a few times so you can get a very clear idea of what the PC muscle feels like.
Another way of locating the PC muscle correctly is by inserting a finger into the vagina, and then using whatever muscle you can control to squeeze on the finger. If you feel pressure around your finger, you have then found the right muscle.
Now that you know where the PC muscle is, and how to contract it, you can begin to do your daily exercises;
The idea is to do these exercises at least three times a day. For the best results, you should do one of these routines while standing, the other while sitting down, and the last routine should be when you are lying down. You can decide how you wish to prioritize each session during the day. As long as in the end, you do them three times a day, with each time either lying, standing or sitting.
The best way to do the Kegel exercises is by contracting the PC muscle and holding it in that position for at least 10 seconds, and then letting go. Do these exercises until you feel your muscle is getting a little tired. Never do them until you feel pain or discomfort. You do not want to strain your body in any way. The idea is to do three reps of whatever amount of number in each rep you can achieve comfortably. Then, as the days go by, you can increase the numbers in each rep.
Within a few weeks, you and your partner should be able to feel the difference when having intercourse with each other. So what are you waiting for? Work that PC muscle!
